Hey New Stand family! We have some pretty cool news to share with you.

In collaboration with the Durst Organization, we’re proud to announce that New Stand is expanding once more and finally coming to Times Square — in the heart of the 4 Times Square building to be exact.

Formerly known as the Condé Nast building, the iconic skyscraper is home to the famous NASDAQ sign and that big, familiar H&M store on the block. You’ve definitely walked past it while taking your fam around the area.

It’s also had its fair share of pop culture fame having starred in the Battlestar Galactica universe, The Amazing Spider-Man, and The Devil Wears Prada novel. The building also hosted the SPRING/BREAK art show on two of its floors this year. On top of its cultural reputation, the fifth tallest building in NYC is environmentally responsible as the first project of its size to adopt state-of-the-art standards for energy conservation. How’s that for amazing.

On April 25th (this Wednesday!), our humble beacon of newness and refreshment will see its soft opening at our new home in the most famous cafeteria on earth where the likes of Anna Wintour have wined and dined.

Modernized as a space that promotes workplace creativity and community, the floor includes a food hall run by Michelin Star Chef Claus Meyer, coupled with first-class conference, meeting and event spaces managed by Convene. But the centerpiece of the floor has to be the amazing dining area. Originally designed by Frank Gehry, it’s definitely the highlight of the space.

On the official opening date of May 1st, tenants and guests will be able to fully enjoy all the amazing amenities the floor has to offer. Can’t say that our New Stand team at the office isn’t a tiny bit jealous…
