The black pepper is dried in greenhouses (at the sun), without any odor different and also any taste which is not characteristic of the black pepper.
The product is machined with the best clean and classifier machines on the market, which makes a very clean product.
The characteristics of the products follow rigorously the legislation of Brazil, which comply with the following:

Ether Extract 6.75 %
Impurity 1 %
Empty Grains 2 %
Moldy Grains 1 %
The company has a judicious method of select the providers, as the products are exported to all markets, from Asia until Europe.
The Black Pepper is guaranteed free from:
• Escherichia Coli
The maximum moisture acceptable is 13%, which comply with the requirements of the clients. Also all we are very judicious during the load on the container, using the necessary dry bags and sealing carefully to avoid any excess of moisture inside the container and any type of mold in the products.
